A common misconception about property management is that just about anyone can do it. While this may be technically true, effective and successful property management requires a distinct skillset, an abundance of specialized knowledge, and a trustworthy person in charge. With over 7 valuable years of experience in this field, I’m confident in my ability to not only manage properties, but to do so strategically and exceptionally. Combining my strengths of effective communication and creative problem solving, I consistently deliver a winning approach to managing properties as if they were my very own. I specialize in helping real estate holders navigate the complex world of real estate investment while maximizing profit and minimizing risk. My genuine passion for this line of work, paired with a wealth of knowledge and experience, makes me an honest partner and resource for each client I serve.

- Director of Finance at Walters & Company for nearly 4 years, overseeing trust accounting compliance, financial management, and providing support for staff.

Background & Experience:
- 10+ years in maintenance, customer service, and window cleaning; started in his father’s window cleaning business. Previous roles: Maintenance Technician, Lead Technician, Maintenance Coordinator.
Current Role:
- 4 years with Walters & Company, responsible for scheduling, vendor relations, and work order management. Enjoys finding cost-effective solutions for the PM team and clients.

- Organized in scheduling and adept at building vendor relationships.

- Enjoys hiking, camping, gaming, and fantasy hockey. Fun fact: Johnny has a twin.

Background and Experience:
- I started my maintenance and construction career in 2017 with the AAMP Maintenance Apprenticeship Program. This provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that kick-started my career. My generalized understanding of various trades allowed me to thrive within the residential maintenance industry. I have extensive experience performing maintenance on single-family, multi-family, and senior living homes.
- I have taken opportunities throughout my career to learn more about various trades. Outside of residential maintenance, I also have experience with: electrical contracting work, building demolition, residential landscaping, commercial landscaping, steel fabrication, underground construction including pipe installation and utility rough-ins, concrete repair, asphalt repair, general contracting for new residential builds, and even heavy equipment operation.
- I have 7 years of construction and maintenance experience.

- I’ve held a variety of titles throughout my career ranging from Apprentice and Laborer to Lead Technician and GC. Overall, I’ve kept my career within construction and maintenance and have assumed more responsibilities as I’ve gained more experience and knowledge.
Current Role
- I am the Tech Manager, Chief Inspector, Truck Fleet Manager, HR Assistant, IT Assistant, Cyber Security Specialist, and Forklift Operator for Walters & Company
- My main responsibilities include overseeing our maintenance team, performing building inspections, project management and quality control, performing work orders, and eating Zach’s breakfast leftovers.
- I have been with Walters & Company for 1 year.
- I enjoy the diversity of my work the most. I have a host of diverse responsibilities, and each day provides new challenges to overcome.
- With my multifaceted expertise and meticulous attention to detail, I excel in delivering an unmatched experience. I possess the ability to effectively lead a highly competent team of maintenance professionals while simultaneously executing tasks with the same level of excellence, ensuring exceptional results.
- Individual members of my team have obtained numerous, diverse, and specialized skills throughout their own careers. This ensures that our maintenance team overall is well rounded and well- equipped to handle any maintenance concern.
Skills and Expertise
- I excel most with electrical repairs, building inspections, physically demanding and laborious jobs, and project management.
- I have been involved in numerous large-scale projects, including:
- Landscaping for Sky Ridge Hospital
- Remodeling of homes throughout the Front Range, including multi-million dollar homes in Sedalia.
- Electrical rough-in for multiple hospitals including Anchutz and UCHealth in Aurora.
- Fiber-optic rough-in for multiple cities in the South Denver Metro Area.
- Plumbing rough-in for universities such as DU and CU Boulder.
Hobbies, Interests, and Fun Facts
- I enjoy a number of hobbies outside of work such as: paintball, hiking, board games, video games, and obsessing over my dog, Duke.
- Though I never competed, I have coached D2 and D3 level paintball players.
- I also enjoy traveling. I’ve traveled all over the US, and I’ve traveled to the Bahamas, India, and Japan.
- I am most passionate about my health and spending time with family, friends, and my dog.
- I give back to my community by providing maintenance and labor services for friends, family, and neighbors.
Future Goals:
- My goal is to continue to learn more about as many trades as possible. I’m proud to have a diverse set of skills, and I want to continue to grow those skills.

- Active in ministry work supporting the homeless and sharing hope.
Goals:
- Aims to continue growing in his career and supporting his community.
Background & Experience:
- 10+ years in maintenance, mainly in industrial manufacturing and commercial buildings; started with hands-on skills in auto repair with my dad, later moved to industrial maintenance. Roles: Industrial Maintenance Technician III, heavy machinery and mobile equipment operator in precast concrete manufacturing. Education: High school, some college, and self-taught skills.
Current Role:
- 1 month with Walters & Company, handling repairs, inspections, and unit turns. Enjoys the variety of tasks and locations, and values promptness, preparedness, and customer service.
Skills & Expertise:
- Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work; proud of installing/repairing gym equipment across Colorado.
Hobbies & Interests:
- Outdoor activities, live music, art, movies. Passionate drummer in several bands, recording and performing. Owns and maintains classic Jeeps.
Goals:
- Aspires to grow within the company, become a homeowner, and tour as a musician.

- Over 30 years on Wall St. as a NASDAQ Market Maker and Institutional Sales Trader, transitioned to real estate investment after retiring. Self-taught, with a career focus on investment real estate.
Current Role:
- Sales and long-term planning at Walters & Company.
Skills & Interests:
- Strong sales and client relationship skills, committed to customer service. Enjoys golf and cooking.
Fun Fact & Passion:
- Was the youngest NASDAQ trading desk head in 1989. Passionate about supporting family, small businesses, and young entrepreneurs. Goals: Focused on making Walters & Company a top workplace and industry leader.
